Should This Pajama Party Couple Have Kids?

This is a tough one because we're pretty sure that this dude should not reproduce, but we also would hate to see this pretty lady's genes go to waste. Luckily, we've come up with a solution. We think that they should have kids, but it should be done artificial insemination and she should be implanted with some other dude's sperm. Also, she should make sure that she has a daughter (if that's at all possible). Problem solved.
