Should This Partying Couple Have Kids?

What we've got here is a couple who parties in places that would advertise that horrific-looking movie "College," a guy that likes to make goofy faces for the camera, and a girl that likes to wear ski hats indoors. We can't with a clear conscience say that these two should have kids.
