Should This Unpopular With Asians Couple Have Kids?

We're not exactly sure what's going on here, but this appears to be a white couple dressed in what look like Star Wars outfits kissing each other while a bunch of Asians look on disapprovingly. We weren't sure whether or not they should have kids, but after seeing the look on that one little girl's face, we can only assume that she knows better than us and that she would say they should not have kids.
